What’s included when hosting a studio event?
Over 1000 sqft of open space to comfortably accommodate groups of 20-30 guests depending on the style of event
Private key code access to our space including a dedicated restroom/change room & storage room
Use of all furniture, equipment, props, and decor on site including a set of 50 chairs
Free parking in dedicated lots around our building as well as the surrounding side streets
Add-on services available to suit your specific needs
No hidden fees for cleaning services or security deposits
Five hours private access to the studio space including use of all furniture, props, and decor
All event setup and teardown done by you during the rental period
$375 with add-on services available
Six hours private access to studio space for your event
Full venue coordination services including planning support, setup and teardown by studio staff.
Access to studio night before event and morning after event for final pick ups
$600 with add-on hours available on the event date for $75/hour

Early access $75 for 1 hour to drop off event items outside of rental period (subject to studio availability)
Vendor coordination $150 (we arrange delivery/pick up of rental furniture/decor outside rental period)
